The Rolling Stones’ Ronnie Wood, 74, steps out with wife Sally, 44, and bandmate Keith Richards in Madrid ahead of their first Sixty Tour show

Ronnie Wood stepped out in Madrid with his Rolling Stones bandmate Keith Richards on Monday, ahead of the band’s first Sixty Tour date in the city.

The guitarist, 74, who is set to perform at Metropolitano Stadium on Wednesday, cut a casual figure in a green zip-up hoodie which he layered above a burgundy shirt.

Joined by his wife Sally, 44, and their twin daughters Alice and Gracie, six, he continued his ensemble with a white T-shirt and black joggers,

He put his best fashion foot forward in a pair of white trainers with black panels while Keith, 78, sported a quirky black hat featuring a red band.

Stepping out of a black luxury car, he was soon followed by the actress, who put on an eye-popping display in a red blouse and matching trousers.

Sporting a black facemask amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, she clutched the hands of their children, both six, who appeared to be in high spirits.

Ronnie and Sally were all smiles on Sunday as they held twins Gracie and Alice for a family Instagram snap.

The couple landed in style in their swanky private personalized jet ahead of the new Rolling Stones tour Sixty, alongside his bandmates Mick Jagger and Keith. 

Ronnie looked dashing in a pair of black jogging bottoms which he teamed with a white shirt and blue blazer.

Meanwhile Sally, who is 30 years his junior, cut a casual figure in a red long sleeve top and blue jeans.

Ronnie was married to Jo Wood for 26 years before their separation and subsequent divorce in 2011. The former couple are parents to three children; Leah, 42, an accomplished singer, Jamie, 46, and Tyrone, 37.

He married Sally in an intimate ceremony at the Dorchester Hotel in London in December 2011 after a six-month romance, with Rod Stewart serving as the groom’s best man. 

The band seemed in high spirits as they stepped off the plane waving to fans and cameras before getting into cars.

Mick Jacker, 78, cut a smart figure in cream trousers, a crisp white shirt and a cream patterned jacket, while adding a yellow scarf for a pop of colour.

Keith Richards, also 78, looked every inch the rock star as he stepped of the jet in a leather jacket.

Alongside the post, Ronnie penned: ‘We can’t wait to see you all on the road! #StonesSixty’

They also shared a snap to their Instagram revealing to their 3.2 million followers that they have arrived.

They penned: ‘Touch down in Madrid! Thanks for the warm welcome.’

The last time The Rolling played in Madrid was at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium in 2014 with the tour, 14 on Fire Tour.

The last time the band stop in Spain was in 2017 to perform in Barcelona.

The Stones’ Sixty Tour was announced in March and is kicking off in Spain’s capital on Wednesday.

It will conclude almost two months later in Stockholm, Sweden, with UK fans set to fill out Hyde Park on June 25 and July 3.

It is the first European tour without drummer Charlie Watts following his death in August 2021.
